How Does It Work?

Suzuki Connect comprises of an Intelligent TCU, a GPS transmitter and an in-built SIM card which work together to provide several connected car features in a way that transforms car ownership. Once fitted, the device uses a simple smartphone app available on both iOS and Android platforms and lets you stay updated about your car’s status at all times. As a result, you are better informed and always in control of your car, connected to the world while enhancing your on-road experience.

What It Offers

The Suzuki Connect telematics device for cars offers live, connected features that provide real-time information and ease of connectivity. It keeps the owner up to date about their cars, their status and behaviour, thus promoting a safer driving experience.

Vehicle Tracking: Access the location of your car on your phone at any time and send real-time, automatic location updates to your emergency contacts. You can share your live location for a predetermined time or find the location of your car in the parking lot.

Emergency Alerts: Get emergency assistance that automatically calls for help and provides the exact location if it detects deployment of airbags. In the event of a breakdown or if an emergency is detected, an emergency alert is sent to the driver’s family and friends with details about the car’s live situation and location.

Live Vehicle Status: The intelligent automotive telematics system sends live vehicle status to the driver along with odometer reading, trip On/Off, last trip summary, and manual trip start and stop notifications.

Driving Behaviour Analysis: Learn more about your driving style, improve your driving behaviour and fuel efficiency, get efficiency reports and driving score for every ride, trip details and much more.

Vehicle Alerts: Get real-time and precise information of the key driving parameters of your car, such as low fuel alert, seat-belt alert, tow-away alert, AC idling alert and more.
