The chassis, suspension and braking have been retuned keeping in mind the additional weight of the CNG setup. This helps ensure consistent performance and precise handling.  

⦁ Pipes and Joints

The CNG pipeline structure in S-CNG cars is made leak-proof with ferrule joints and is corrosion-resistant as well. The setup also has a Non Return Valve Mechanism which adds an extra layer of safety and does away with the risk of CNG leakage.

⦁ Integrated Harness

Another key component of the factory-fitted CNG setup, the electrical harness is well-integrated in Maruti Suzuki S-CNG cars, which eliminates any risk of short circuits.
