    Why should I choose Quiklyz? How are Quiklyz subscription prices compared to others?

    Quiklyz comes from the house of Mahindra, which is known for customer service, trust and transparency. We believe in offering the best to our esteemed customers. We provide an attractive pricing for our customers to retain the vehicle at the end of subscription tenure.     What registration will the car have?

    The car will be registered in the name of the subscriber and will come with a white number plate.

    How long does it take to receive the car?

    Usually, it takes between 2 – 3 weeks for your documents to be reviewed and approved by the concerned RTO (Regional Transport Office). But if the car model you want is not available, it can take longer. If that happens, we’ll make sure to keep you informed.

    How much do I need to pay for Subscription?

    Initially you need to pay a security deposit (refundable at the end of subscription tenure) equivalent to 1 month subscription fee. Thereafter, you have to pay the Subscription fee on a monthly basis.

    Are there any offers on Subscription charges?

    Yes, we might have select offers at different times; you will see the original price and the offer price on the website.

    For how long can I subscribe the car?

    Our tenures are flexible and you can choose a period of 24, 36, 48 or 60 months.

    Program Details

    What all is included in my subscription?

    We offer you a comprehensive package, which will take care of insurance, car maintenance and service, road side assistance.

  • Insurance: Comprehensive zero dep insurance, including consumables with zero deductible (all years, across lease tenure), including engine protect
  • Maintenance: Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance (including tyres & battery)
  • Roadside Assistance (RSA): 24x7 All-India RSA service
  • Additionally, we offer you optional services (eg: periodic car spa, replacement vehicle during subscriber vehicle downtime) for which additional charges will apply.

    Costs like fuel, toll charges and inter-state travel taxes are not included in the subscription fee.

    Can I extend my tenure?

    Yes, absolutely! Your tenure can be extended anytime during the subscription period. However we suggest you do this at least 30 days before the scheduled end date of the subscription. Do note that extension will be done at the prevailing subscription fee at the time of the extension. Hence, we suggest you subscribe for longer tenures or extend it much in advance.

    Do I need to select a km package and can I drive more km beyond the km package selected?

    Depending on your driving needs, you can select the km package (i.e. km / year) within your subscription. Feel free to drive beyond this limit as well at a very nominal charge.

    Are the cars new?

    Yes! All the cars will be brand new and made available at your request. You can select the vehicle model, variant, color etc. as per your preference.

    How it Works

    Can I acquire the car from Quiklyz by Mahindra Finance after some months of use?

    Yes, absolutely! Just contact us and we will help you carry out the necessary process for you to own the car- anytime during or at the end of your subscription tenure.

    Are there any restrictions on what can I use the car for?

    You may use the car as it is your own car. However, you can’t further rent out or use it for racing or any commercial purpose.

    What is the lock-in period?

    12 months

    Can I return the car after the lock-in period and before my subscription ends?

    Yes, we believe in flexibility. Termination charges will be minimal and calculated as per the following example:

    If you have subscribed for a car for 36 months and want to end the subscription after 24 months, you will have to pay the pre-closure charges according to the following calculation.

    Monthly subscription amount for 24 months: 20,000/-

    Monthly subscription amount for 36 months: 19,000/-

    Pre-closure charges = 20,000*24 - 19,000*24 + 20,000 = 44,000

    Thus, we ask you to pay the fair subscription amount considering the lower tenure finally selected + 1 month subscription amount

    Booking

    How old do I need to be to subscribe a car?

    Subscriber has to be minimum 21 years of age, to be eligible to subscribe the car

    Do I need to be physically present for taking the delivery?

    Yes, you need to be physically present, as you also need to sign the delivery check list at the time of car delivery.

    Payments

    What are the various modes of payments which I can use to pay the monthly rentals?

    You can set up E Mandate / E Nach for monthly payment.

    When do I need to pay the monthly subscription fee?

    You need to pay the monthly subscription fees as an advance – date will be the same each month and decided basis the subscription start date.

    Who will pay for tolls, parking, inter-state taxes & fines/challans?

    You will need to pay these costs, directly to the service provider.

    When will I get back the security deposit?

    Your security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your subscription tenure, after the deductions (if any) have been made for any damages that are not considered normal wear or tear.

    Usage and Maintenance

    What happens if I drive the car more than the kilometres included in my subscription?

    At the end of your subscription tenure, you will have to pay per-kilometre-charges for the extra kilometres you have driven.

    Is there a speed limit for the car I’ll get?

    No, there is no specific speed limit for the car; however follow the road rules and regulations.

    What is included in maintenance?

    Maintenance Includes:

    • Scheduled maintenance
    • Maintenance for normal wear and tear
    • Battery and Tyre replacement
    • Damage repair/ Accident damage repair

    Maintenance Excludes:

    • Any wear and tear to the car due to negligence driving of subscriber
    • Any damage which is not covered under insurance
    • Insurance claim filing charges – compulsory deductible

    What to do if the car breaks down or meets with an accident?

    If your car breaks down anywhere within a perimeter of 100 km from your registered address, Quiklyz by Mahindra Finance offers a 24-hour emergency breakdown service in all major cities. You can ask for this assistance by calling us on 1800-309-7845

    If your vehicle breaks down outside this perimeter, we will reimburse you up to 100 km and you will have to pay us the additional fees per extra km.

    Remember - even if your car has not completely broken down, you need to register your accident with us on by calling us on 1800-309-7845.

    How is the condition of the car checked when I return it to Quiklyz by Mahindra Finance? What is the acceptable wear and tear at the end of my tenure?

    At the end of your subscription tenure, we will cover the repairs for all damage pertaining to normal wear and tear. Any damage not caused by normal usage will be billed to you. Please note: Quiklyz by Mahindra Finance also reserves the right to terminate the contract with the customer any time during the contract in case vehicle has been significantly mishandled.

    What am I supposed to do in case of Accident involving third party damage or bodily injury to third person or causing death of third person?

    In unfortunate event of a 3rd party injury or life loss, you need to file a First Information Report (FIR) with the Police and contact us to intimate the accident.

    What happens in case the car gets stolen?

    Immediately inform us at @1800-209-7845. We will advise you on the process to lodge an FIR at the nearest police station and other insurance formalities. You are liable to pay the difference of Book value less insurance settlement amount. You will be responsible to complete all the documentation with Police, Courts & other authorities, Quiklyz by Mahindra Finance will only assist in the process.

    What is the acceptable wear and tear of the car when I give it back at the end of a contract?

    At the time of returning the vehicle to Quiklyz by Mahindra Finance, the wear and tear will be assessed taking into account the age and mileage of the car.

    Eg of unfair (unacceptable) wear and tear: Hole in Dashboard for installation or removal of Accessories, Burnt Patch on door panel & Seat, Breakage or damages in Floor, Ceiling, Armrests, Parcel Shelf, Door Knob, Steering Wheel, Glove box, Gear Lever etc.

    For everything which is not considered as a normal usage, the necessary repairs will be rebilled to you.

    Quiklyz White Plate Registration (Option for Vehicle Buyback with Pre-Fixed Vehicle Buy Back Price)

    What is buyback product offering?

    Under the buyback product offering, the residual value of the vehicle at the end of tenure will be pre-defined and agreed at the booking stage itself. Hence the customer will be able to buy the subscribed vehicle, with a fixed pre-decided buyback value, after the tenure is completed.

    Would a new car be provided to me? And on whose name would the car be registered?

    Quiklyz provides brand new car and it will be registered in the name of the customer

    What tenure & mileage options available under buyback product?

    Tenure options are - 2/3/4 years and Mileage options customer can opt for - 10k /15k/ 20k kms per year

    How buyback value product offering is different from use & return product offering ?

    Under 'Buyback' offering, the customer has an option of buying the existing subscribed car, at the fixed pre decided amount.

    Under 'Use and Return' offering, the customer has an option of buying the existing subscribed car, at the prevailing market price.

    However customer still have other options of - returning the car/ extending the tenure or upgrade to another car at the end of tenure in both the options.

    What all is included in the Subscription Fixed Buyback Price product offering during the tenure of Subscription period?

    Buyback product is suitable for which category of customer?

    Buyback product is ideal for a customer who wants to retain the vehicle end of tenure, but also values the flexibility that car subscription offers.

    What all is excluded in buyback product ?

    Quiklyz subscription covers the insurance and maintenance during the tenure - any other expense like fuel, Fasttag, tolls, parking, optional services, challan, etc. are excluded in all the products.

    When do I have to pay buyback price and to whom?

    At the end of tenure (at the end of Agreement Date), the Buyback price is paid to Quiklyz for retaining the car with customer. Any delay from the date will attract rental as the subscription continues

    What if I don’t want to buy back the car and surrender the vehicle back, post completion of tenure?

    Quiklyz Subscription offers complete flexibility to the customers. Post completion of tenure, you can buy back the vehicle at a pre agreed buyback value, or return the vehicle, or buyback the vehicle with loan on buyback value. Our experts will always be available to explain you the details and cost working for these options - and help you make the best decision.

    What are applicable foreclosure charges in case I wish to buyback the car

    Customer needs to pay the pre-defined buyback value at the end of tenure to retain the vehicle.

    In the event, where customer wants to buy the vehicle before completion of lease tenure - customer must pay the Foreclosure Value (includes the outstanding book value amount, GST, TCS, and applicable charges).

    What are applicable foreclosure charges if I want to return the car

    In the event Customer wants to return the vehicle before completion of lease tenure he will have to pay the differential amount between the market value of car (derived through external valuation) and the Foreclosure Value (includes the outstanding book value amount, unrecovered dues, GST, TCS, and applicable charges) and surrender the vehicle.

    Is extension of contracted tenure possible? If Yes, what will be the impact on rentals and buyback value?

    Yes extention of tenure possible basis the credit & payment history of the customer. The revised rentals & buyback value will be shared with the customer. Rentals & buyback is impacted basis the make/model, variant, km, mileage and tenure opted.

    Is change of contracted km running possible? If Yes, what will be the impact on rentals and buyback value?

    Customer can increase the contracted km, during the tenure of the subscription. A revised rental quotation will be shared with customer.

    What are late payment charges applicable on monthly rental and on buyback price?

    Late payment fee is 2% on the monthly rental.

    Is the buyback value fixed? Can it be customized as per customer requirement ?

    Buyback value is fixed basis the car customer has taken, and under specific tenure & mileage option. However if the customer wish to reduce the buyback value, we can increase the monthly rental under certain circumstances.

    Under what circumstances does buyback value may change?

    The buyback value will change, if the customer wish to foreclose the subscription, before the end of tenure and buy the car.

    In whose name car will be registered on buying the car by paying buyback price post completion of tenure

    The car is registered in the name of the customer and it will be under 1st ownership.

    Who will take car of RTO procedures like name transfer, removal of hypothecation and other procedures during buyback

    Quiklyz will support in the complete process of buyback, which includes removal of hypothecation, etc.

    What do I need to pay extra if I over-run the car beyond contracted mileage during the tenure, as car will be purchased by me at end of tenure

    Buying the subscribed car at the end of tenure is an option provided to the customer, however excess km tracking is done each year & customer has to pay the excess km charges at the end of each year .

    Whom should I contact in case of vehicle services, insurance renewals, vehicle buyback procedure, contract foreclosure, road-side assistance and any other requirement regarding the vehicle subscribed?
