Q2: Do I need to bring my own vehicle to participate in the event?
Yes, you need to bring your own vehicle to the event.
Q3: Who all are eligible for this event?
The event is exclusively created for the Maruti Suzuki customers. Owning a Maruti Suzuki vehicle is a pre-requisite for participation as this event is organized for the brand’s premium customers. You are eligible for participation if you own the following cars:
• Maruti Suzuki Swift
• Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza
• Maruti Suzuki Baleno
Q4: When and where will the event take place?
Maruti Suzuki Experience – Track Day 2019 is a slot-based event scheduled to take place at Leisure Valley, Sector 29, Gurugram on 27th-28th July 2019.
Q5: What is the registration/participation fee for the event?
The participants are required to pay the registration fee of INR 1000 only. It is an individual registration fee. However, the participant can bring along spouse and children or a friend to the event. The registration/participation fee will include trainer support, expert advice, Hi-tea snacks (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) for the participants and paid members, track activities and other engagements.

Q6: Are there any miscellaneous expenses besides the registration/participation fee?
The registration/participation fee does not include any personal expenses during the event such as fuel, highway tolls, fines, repairs, and other expenses that are over and above as planned for the event or during the travel plus costs or any other expenses of any kind.
Q7: What is the schedule of the event?
The event will kickstart from 10:00 am and will conclude around 6:00 pm. The participants will be invited to the event venue in pre-defined time slots for the pre-defined track experiences. Please note that the pre-defined time slots would be fixed for each participant and each participant is requested not to deviate from the schedule, as this may delay the schedule and the activities planned.
Q8: What payment modes are available for registration/participation?
You can pay the registration/participation fee by using any of the online payment modes such as Credit Cards, Debit cards, Net banking through our secure payment gateway.
Q9: Would I have to pay for any service if my car breaks down during the event?
While MSIL service team is available to assist you at the event, the accompanying support staff would only be responsible for fixing vehicles on the spot, that too under normal circumstances (e.g.: flat tyre), discounting any major damages, natural calamity, etc. The participant would have to bear the costs for any further repair work or garage charges.
Q.10: What are the safety measures taken by the organizer in case of personal injuries due to an accident?
The event is safe and exceeds all the safety parameters. The track has been created by specialists and planned with passenger’s safety in mind. However, in case of any injuries or accidents on ground, the first aid will be provided to the participants immediately. An Ambulance will also be stationed at the venue to take the injured participants to the nearest medical facility, the cost of which will be borne by the participant.
Q.11: Am I allowed to bring children to the event?
Yes. Children can accompany you to the event. They can also engage in special activities and exciting games planned for them in our safe and comfortable environment. However, they will not be allowed to participate in the drive experience.
Q.12: Are there any guidelines and regulations that one needs to follow during the event?
Each participant will have to undertake a mandatory briefing session prior to the Drive experience for each slot. However, please ensure you get your car’s health checked from a Maruti Service station before coming for the event.
