01. FAQ's
Q1.What is the duration of the Expedition?

It is a 1 night 2 day event starting in Mumbai on Saturday & ending in Nashik on Sunday

Q2. How much is the fee for participation? What does it include?

An amount of INR 7500/- would be charged for 2 persons. Solo participants will be charged INR 4500/-.
Additional child participant between 0-5 years is allowed at no additional cost, 5 to 10 years is allowed at additional cost of INR 2500/- and above 10 years is allowed at additional cost of INR 3750/-.
The participation fee includes accommodation on Single/double sharing basis along with breakfast, lunch and dinner at the specified halts, leisure & other activities.

Q3. What does the expedition participation fee exclude?

The participation fee does not include any personal expenses during the event, such as fuel, one way return highway tolls, fines, repairs, and other expenses like use of mini bar/laundry service/food & beverage consumption other than or over and above as planned for the event at the location of accommodation or during the travel plus costs or any other expenses of any kind.

Q4. Would I have to pay for any service if my car breaks down during the journey?

The accompanying support staff would only be responsible for fixing vehicles on the spot, that too under normal circumstances, discounting any natural calamity, etc. The participant would have to bear the cost for any further repair work or garage charges.

Q5. Is the itinerary flexible? Can we explore places other than ones mentioned in the itinerary?

No, the itinerary is fixed. You are requested not to deviate from the itinerary, as this may delay the schedule and the activities planned.

Q6. Can we extend our stay at the Resort?

You may extend your stay if the Resort has accommodation available, and that too at your own expenses. However, the event organizers would not be responsible for this extension in whatsoever manner.

Q7. Is it safe to drive on the scheduled route?

Yes, our team has done a thorough recce of this route, considering all aspects and challenges that the convoy could face during the journey.

Q8. How many people would participate for this expedition/journey?

Around 50-60 Maruti Suzuki brand owners shall participate, along with friends & family, for this journey.

Q9. What is the payment process?

The fee can be paid through payment gateway the link of which will be provided to the customer after confirming their interest in participation. The payment on the gateway can be made through credit card / debit card / net banking once the payment is done, a confirmation email will be sent out.

Q10. Do I need to bring my own vehicle for the event?

Yes, your own vehicle will be an ideal choice. In case you want to use vehicle owned by friends or family you will need to carry consent letter from the actual owner authorizing you’re driving

Q.11 Can I bring along my own liquor since the event organizers will not be providing any?

The event organizers will not be serving liquor at any point during the event. This tour requires extensive driving and the participants are advised not to consume liquor at any point during this expedition.
