Q1: How much is the fee for participation and what does it include?

The participation/registration fee starts at INR 500/-
Any additional participant would be charged a registration of INR 300/- per person.
The fee includes the expedition experience from Bel Circle, Bengaluru to Nandi Hills, morning tea, breakfast, highway tolls (To and fro).

Q2: Is there a limit to the number of participants? Can I bring my child?

This drive limits participation up to 2 adults plus one child above the age of 6 years per car.
Since it is an extensive drive activity, it is not allowed to bring children below the age of 6 years along.

Q3: What all does the cost exclude?

The participation fee excludes any personal expenses during the event such as fuel, penalties for any traffic violations and vehicle repairs.

Q4: Do I need to own a Maruti Suzuki vehicle for this Drive?

Owning a Maruti Suzuki vehicle is a pre-requisite for participation as this event is organized for the car brand’s premium customers. You are eligible for participation if you own the following cars:
• Maruti Suzuki Swift
• Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza
• Maruti Suzuki Baleno

Q5: Would I have to pay for any service if my car breaks down during the journey?

The accompanying support staff would only be responsible for fixing vehicles on the spot such as - fixing a flat tire or any minor breakdowns, that too under normal circumstances, discounting any natural calamity, etc. The participant would have to bear the cost for any further repair work or garage charges.

Q6: If I register for the event by clicking on the online link, is my participation confirmed?

The registration process only gets confirmed post the online payment. All candidates who register for the event will be redirected to a payment gateway. Once the payment is processed successfully, the participants shall receive a payment confirmation on e-mail & SMS.

Q7: What is the duration of the event?

The duration of the event is 5-6 hours approximately. All participants are free to disperse post the breakfast at Nandi Hills.

Q8: What if I register and can’t make it to the event. Will I get a refund? Or can I transfer my entry registration to someone else?

Q9: Will there be any medical back-up available in case of emergency?

Yes. As safety is very much on the top of our priority list, a fully-equipped medical ambulance will be a part of the convoy.

Q.10: What kind of meals will be provided during the event?

The package includes a standard Veg/Non-veg breakfast.

Q.11: Can I bring along my own liquor since the event organizers will not be providing any?

The event organizers will not be serving liquor at any point during the event. This tour requires extensive driving and the participants are especially advised not to consume liquor at any point of the expedition.
