All deliveries, offers, and order fulfilment are subject to the availability of the Product. Availability may vary from time to time and is not guaranteed.

4. Product Changes and Discontinuation

Maruti Suzuki India Limited reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to make changes to any product, accessory, or part, and to replace or discontinue any Product, or related part with another Product at its sole discretion.

a. All prices displayed on the Website are current as on the date of display and are subject to change without prior notice.

b. The price displayed for the Product is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), inclusive of all applicable taxes.

c. The price prevailing at the time of invoice/billing shall be the final applicable price for the order placed, or any enquiry raised in connection with a Product on the Website.

d. Payment(s) must be made using the methods specified and available on the Website. Orders shall be processed only after receipt of successful payment confirmation.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

7. No Warranty on Spare Part Products

There shall be no warranty on any spare part Product purchased by you, i.e., a customer through this Website, unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Time Limit for Raising Complaints

For orders or enquiries that have been invoiced or cancelled, any concern or complaint must be raised within one (1) month from the date of invoice or cancellation, as applicable. Any claim or complaint raised after the expiry of this period shall not be entertained.
