  • What is Maruti Suzuki Subscribe?

    Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) introduces a new line of automotive business, Shared Mobility, and Maruti Suzuki Subscribe is one of our promising undertakings in this direction. In this, the customer (you) can opt for any of the MSIL vehicles from the subscription car portfolio for flexible tenures on an all-inclusive fixed monthly charge. This payment includes the usage of the vehicle, maintenance, insurance, and other common services related to vehicle usage.
  • In which cities is Maruti Suzuki Subscribe available?

    Maruti Suzuki Subscribe is currently available in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Faridabad, Gandhinagar, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Noida, Pune & Thane.
    In Delhi, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Noida, Ghaziabad & Faridabad, subscription will be offered in White plate and Black plate registration and in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and Chennai subscription will be offered in White plate registration by our leasing partner Orix Auto Infrastructure Services Ltd.(Orix).
    In Hyderabad and Pune, subscription will be offered in White plate registration by our leasing partner Orix, and in Black plate registration by our leasing partner Myles Automotive Technologies Pvt Ltd. (Myles).
  • How do I get started with Maruti Suzuki Subscribe?

    It's surprisingly easy. All you have to do is visit the nearest Maruti Suzuki Arena or NEXA dealership. You can then choose a car and a subscription tenure that's suitable as per your preferences. Submit your documents for credit approval. Once that is done, just pay and enjoy driving your own car!
  • Am I eligible for Maruti Suzuki Subscribe?

    To meet the eligibility criteria for Maruti Suzuki Subscribe, you must:
    1. Be a resident of India
    2. Be 21 years old or above
    3. Own a Valid Driver's License
    4. Have an Experion/CIBIL score of 700 and above
    
    Note: Subscription approvals are subject to multiple factors and Credit Scores (Cibil/Experion). Reach out to your nearest dealership for more details.
  • How long does it take to receive the car after completing the booking process?

    For White Plate Subscription-
    The subscribed car delivery usually takes 15 days from the time of booking, subject to timely collection of documents & verification, and vehicle availability. You will be updated at all the stages of the process. 
    
    For Black Plate Subscription-
    The subscribed car delivery usually takes 20-25 days from the time of booking, subject to timely collection of documents & verification, and vehicle availability. You will be updated at all the stages of the process.
  • How much do I need to pay for the subscription ?

    For White Plate Subscription-
    All prices are displayed on the website, and are inclusive of GST. Initially, you need to pay a security deposit, a subscription booking amount and advance lease subscription fees. Thereafter, you have to pay the lease subscription fee on a monthly basis to continue your subscription.
    
    For Black Plate Subscription-
    All prices are displayed on the website, and are inclusive of GST. Initially, you need to pay 1 month rental as refundable Security Deposit and 1 month advance lease subscription fees. Thereafter, you have to pay the subscription fee on a monthly basis in advance to continue your subscription.
  • Are there any offers that come with Maruti Suzuki Subscribe?

    Offers on subscription cars  are subject to change. Prices shown on the website are indicative. Actual subscription prices will be as per the car price and consumer offers at the time of invoicing.
  • How are operations managed during the subscription period?

    The subscription is operated in collaboration with Maruti Suzuki's subscription partners. Car service, maintenance, insurance renewal & accidental repairs, Road side assistance and Pickup n Drop service are provided through MSIL authorized dealers only.
  • For how long can I subscribe to the car?

    For White Plate Subscription-
    Maruti Suzuki Subscribe offers flexible subscription tenures of 24, 36 or 48 months.
    
    For Black Plate Subscription-
    Maruti Suzuki Subscribe offers flexible subscription tenures of 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42 or 48 months.
  • In whose name will the car be registered ?

    For White Plate Subscription-
    The subscribed car will be registered in your name and hypothecated to Maruti Suzuki's leasing partner - ORIX
    
    For Black Plate Subscription-
    The subscribed car will be registered in the name of subscription partner. The registration type will be self drive.
  • What are the applicable charges for foreclosure and modification of tenure?

    For White Plate Subscription-
    Applicable charges on foreclosure will depend on the tenure completed at the time of your request. Please refer to the Policy Document (Customer Agreement) and T&Cs to know more.
    
    For Black Plate Subscription-
    Foreclosure during Lock in period:
    You need to pay subscription amount set  for remaining Lock in period at the rate of existing rental and differential amount of the rental for lockin period and the existing rental.
    For example: Initially subscription period is for 24 months with a monthly rental of Rs 20,000.
    Monthly rental for lock in period of 12 months is Rs 22,000.
    You are exiting at 10th month.
    Your payment will be: Rs 20,000*2  + (Rs 22,000 - Rs 20,000)*12 =  Rs 40,000 + Rs 24,000 = Rs 64,000.
    Foreclosure after Lock in period:
    You need to pay subscription amount set  for tenure 1 shorter than the tenure selected for closure, for the period subscription has been availed.
    For example:  Initially subscription period is for 48 months with a monthly rental of Rs 17,000.
    Monthly rental for 18 months is Rs 21,000
    You are exiting at 21st month.
    Your payment will be: (Rs 21,000 -Rs 17,000)*21 = Rs 84,000.

  • Are the available cars new?

    All cars available with Maruti Suzuki Subscribe are brand new.
  • Can I select the colour of my car?

    Maruti Suzuki Subscribe offers multiple colour options to choose from.
  • Do I need to be GST registered?

    GST registration is NOT necessary in order to subscribe to a car.
  • What do you mean by Lock-in period?

    Lock-in period refers to the fixed non-cancellation period during which you are not permitted to cancel the subscription.
    
    For White Plate Subscription- 
    Lock-in period for 24, 36 and 48 months tenure is 12, 18 and 24 months, respectively.
    
    For Black Plate Subscription- 
    Lock-in period for 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42 or 48 months tenure is 12 months.
  • Can I extend my tenure?

    Yes. If you wish to extend the subscription period, please share a request 30 days prior to the ending of the initial subscription period. Our leasing partner will ascertain the possibility of extension and will confirm it to you within 15 days of the request. Upon extension, subscription charges will be revised accordingly.

  • What is included in the subscription?

    For White Plate Subscription (Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Bengaluru & Gurugram): 
    Vehicle Usage, Road Tax, Vehicle registration, Insurance coverage, and Annual Usage of 15,000 km.
    Maintenance includes parts replacement, labour cost and consumables cost for all scheduled & unscheduled services, as well as accident repairs, excluding the ones which occur due to negligence. Two Roadside Assistances per year. 
    
    For Black Plate Subscription (Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Pune & Hyderabad):
    Vehicle usage, Road Tax, Vehicle registration, Insurance coverage, and maintenance for Annual Usage of 15,000 Km.
    Maintenance includes parts replacement, labour cost and consumables cost for all scheduled & unscheduled services, as well as accident repairs, excluding the ones which occur due to misuse & negligence                                                               
    2 Roadside Assistances and 2 car pick-up & drops for service repairs per year.
  • Is buyback option available?

    For White Plate Subscription:
    Yes, it is available. (Subscription partner will provide buy back price basis tenure, usage & market value assessment)
    
    For Black Plate Subscription: 
    Yes, if you wish to retain the car, buyback option is available at the end of the subscribed tenure. The buyback price will shared by our Subscription partner basis tenure, usage and market value assessment.

Booking

  • How do I get started with the subscription ?

    For White Plate Subscription:  
    You can start your subscription online via the MSIL website. Select the location, subscription tenure, car model and dealership as per your requirement on subscription web page. Submit your documents along with enquiry form for determination of your credit eligibility. Once the credit approval is received, you need to sign an agreement & eNACH form for auto debit facility, pay initial amount (processing fee of  Rs.1500 + GST, Security deposit and advance rental) and submit PDCs. The order for the car will be placed and it will be delivered to you.
    
    For Black Plate Subscription: 
    You can start your subscription online via the MSIL website. Select the location, subscription tenure, car model and dealership as per your requirement on subscription web page. Submit your documents along with enquiry form for determination of your credit eligibility. Once the credit approval is received, you need to sign an agreement & eNACH/SI form for auto debit facility, pay initial amount (Security deposit and advance rental) and submit PDCs. The order for the car will be placed and it will be delivered to you.
  • What are the documents required?

    For White Plate Subscription:
     Enquiry form

    Additional documents to check credit worthiness include but are not limited to:
     
    • Financials (Audited financials, TDS returns, ITR's in case of co docs and Form-16, Salary Slip for salaried profile)
    • 6 months latest Bank statement
    • TAN & GSTIN no (For Non Salaried Customers)
    • Organizations - Partnership deed/Certificate of Incorporation/ List fo shareholders/list fo directors copy (for non-salaried customers)
    
    Note : Additional documents may be asked, if required by leasing partner for credit appraisal.
  • What if I want to cancel the booking after paying the advance rental and security deposit?

    For White Plate Subscription: 
    Once the vehicle is invoiced, The Lock-in period is 12,18 and 24 months respectively for 24,36 and 48 month tenure subscription, for which rentals have to be paid.
    For Black Plate Subscription: 
    The same can be cancelled prior to the invoicing of the vehicle by the MSIL car dealership. You shall be required to pay an amount of Rs. 5000 and applicable taxes as charges for cancellation. Balance amount shall be refunded. Foreclosure charges shall be applicable for cancellation after registration of car.
  • Do I need to be physically present for taking the delivery of the car?

    Yes, the person whose driver's license and ID proof has been provided while placing the booking,  needs to be present for the key handover.  A checklist needs to be signed at the time of taking delivery.

Payments

  • What are the various modes of payment which I can use for the monthly rentals?

    Monthly payments will be made as online auto-debit payment transactions. 
  • What do I need to pay initially to get the car?

    For White Plate Subscription: 
    Processing Fee (Rs.1500+GST) + Security Deposit (One Month Fee) + One Month Subscription Fee
    
    For Black Plate Subscription:
    Security Deposit (One Month Fee) + One Month Subscription Fee
  • What do I need to pay while using the car?

    You will need to pay the monthly subscription fee on the scheduled day of every month in advance. As well as any charges that should be incurred due to misuse and negligent driving.
  • When do I need to pay the monthly subscription fee?

    Subscription fee is to be paid to our subscription partner on a monthly basis on pre scheduled date day of every month.
  • How can the payment be made?

    For White Plate Subscription:
    Monthly Payments will be made through an online auto-debit mechanism from your bank account for the tenure of the subscription. The auto-debit will get disabled once you return the car.
    
    For Black Plate Subscription:
    Payment will be made through an online auto-debit mechanism from your bank account/credit card for the tenure of the subscription. The auto-debit will get disabled once you return the car.
  • What are the charges in case of damages?

    For White Plate Subscription:
    Vehicle is covered under zero dep comprehensive insurance policy. Damages will be covered as per insurance policy and you would only need to pay the amount not covered by the insurance co. and filing charges.
    
    For Black Plate Subscription:
    Comprehensive Insurance policy with Zero Dep (2 instances every year) shall cover you in case of damage. You would only need to pay the amount not covered by the insurance co. and filing charges
  • What is negligent driving ?

    Any case where the insurance company rejects to pay for damages it believes has been caused by irresponsible driving  -  e.g. drinking & driving, minors driving,  driving without a valid driver's license at the time of accident, all as per the insurance policy.
  • What are the charges in case of late payment?

    For White Plate Subscription:
    For any delay after the due date, a delay charge of 2%  will be charged for the subsequent 7 days of late payment. The vehicle will be repossessed in case of any payment delay after 7 days from the due date. In such cases, any expenses incurred while returning the car will be borne by the customer.
    
    For Black Plate Subscription:
    For any delay after the due date, a delay charge at the interest rate of 2% per month on outstanding amount will be charged for the delayed period.
  • What about the insurance claims & disallowance?

    Insurance claim filing charges and disallowed charges will be borne by customer.
  • Who will pay for tolls, parking, inter-state taxes, fines & challans?

    All toll, parkings and interstate taxes ,Fastag recharges, fines/challans, will be borne by you. Fastag for the vehicle will be procured by our subscription partners.
  • Who will recharge Fastag?

    For For White Plate Subscription:
    Fastag will be recharged by customer.
    
    For Black Plate Subscription: 
    Fastag will be recharged by subscription partner/subscriber based on the agreement. The Fastag usage will be invoiced & debited to you with GST on monthly basis if it is recharged by subscription partner.

Usage & Maintenance

  • Can I share my car with someone and split costs?

    Yes, treat it as your own car. But please remember that you will continue to be responsible for the car (and all associated incidents) even when someone else is driving it. This excludes commercial usage of the car (e.g., using it as a Taxi, or sub-renting it) which is not allowed. Please refer to the agreement for terms of usage of the car.
  • Is there a limit on kilometers driven?

    Your subscription charges covers annual usage of 15000 KM, or as accumulated kms for the entire tenure subscribed . Any extra kms driven beyond the accumulated kms are chargeable at below prices.
    
    For White Plate Subscription: Rs.5/- per km + applicable taxes.
    For Black Plate Subscription: Charges will range between Rs. 3/- per km to Rs. 5/- + applicable taxes per km depending on the model chosen. 
  • Who will take care of the maintenance of the car?

    Our Subscription partner will take care of the maintenance which will be done at MSIL authorized workshops, except in cases of misuse and negligent driving, which include: 
    1. Minor driving.
    2. Over loading & racing competition.
    3. Commercial usage.
    4. Drinking & driving.
    5. Violating any traffic rules as per RTO.
    6. Driving beyond the Indian geographical area.
    7. Not maintaining car as per standard PMS schedule.
    8. Modification of car systems.
  • What is included in maintenance?

    Complete maintenance (scheduled + un-scheduled+ insurance repairs) including regular wear and tear. Repairs arising out of misuse and negligent driving are excluded from this scope.
  • Will pick and drop of the car be provided for periodic servicing?

    For White Plate Subscription: 
    Pick and drop will be charged to customer on actuals.
    
    For Black Plate Subscription: 
    2 pick and drops are provided every year.
  • What happens if the car breaks down or meets with an accident?

    In case of an unfortunate event, please notify us immediately and we will guide you through the entire process. We will coordinate with road-side assistance and insurance. Unless unavoidable, please do not leave the place of the accident until proper support has arrived. You may be required to file/sign formality documents associated with the accident.
  • What happens if I need to carry out repairs in a place which is outside the city I've subscribed to the car from?

    For White Plate Subscription: 
    In such a case, please inform our leasing partner ORIX at 9877333444/subscription.support@orixindia.com or contact MSIL at 18001021800 and get the vehicle repaired at an MSIL authorized workshop only. You can cover the cost initially, ensuring that the bill is issued in the name of "Orix Auto Infrastructure Services Ltd". Details of invoice and repairs will be verified later based on which Orix will reimburse the cost incurred within 10 days of receipt of invoice. 
    
    For Black Plate Subscription: 
    In such a case, please inform and obtain consent in writing from our subscription partner to get the vehicle repaired at an MSIL authorized workshop only. You can cover the cost initially, ensuring that the bill is issued in the name of our subscription partner. Details of invoice and repairs will be verified later based on which  subscription partner will reimburse the cost incurred within 10 days of receipt of tax invoice. 
  • Will the leasing partner ORIX/Myles provide roadside assistance as well?

    As a subscriber, you are provided with 2 roadside assistances in a year. Any more than that becomes chargeable on actuals.
  • How do I get reimbursed for roadside assistance?

    For White Plate Subscription: 
    You will pay the dealer directly, and the dealer will generate an invoice in name of Subscription partner. You can then claim the amount from Subscription partner after submission of bills in 10 days. This is considering that the complementary RSA is not utilized.
    
    For Black Plate Subscription:  
    You will pay the dealer directly, and the dealer will generate an invoice in name of our subscription partner . You can then claim the amount from  subscription partner upto maximum amount of Rs. 660/- at each instance after submission of bills in 10 days. This is considering that the complementary RSA is not utilized.
  • Are towing and roadside assistance charges included in case of accidents ?

    Car towing will be arranged by Maruti Suzuki Subscribe. It will be free for warranty repairs. For accidental repairs, it will be covered as per the insurance policy.
  • What services are covered by roadside assistance(RSA)?

    Inclusions: 
    Call charge/Visit charge to the location are covered upto 2 times a year. 
    Repairs and replacement are included in the maintenance package.
    Exclusions: 
    Any damage or defect caused by negligence, mishandling and misuse of the car. 
    Other incidentals like Tyre Puncture repair cost, Fuel Arrangement, damages in other external fitment
  • What should I do in the case of accidents involving third party damage, or bodily injury to a third person, or causing the death of a third person?

    Notify our subscription partner  within 24 hours of the accident with all the details, and lodge a complaint/First Information Report with the nearest police station. In case of an accident involving damage to the car or third party property damage or bodily injury to a third person, you will have to provide our subscription partner with these necessary details below and shall, if required, appear before the Court or any other authority.
    
    (a) Date, time, and place of accident
    (b) The license plate numbers of any other vehicles involved, their make and year, their identification number (serial number), and the insurance certificate's number (with name, address and phone number of the insurance agent).
    (c) The names, addresses, and driver's license numbers of the persons involved in the incident.
    (d) The name, address, and driver's license number of the owner of the vehicle (if he or she is not the driver).
    (e) The name, addresses, and phone numbers of witnesses, passengers, and any other involved persons.
    (f) Circumstances of the accident, describing immediate surrounding environment and the position of the car prior to the accident.
    (g) A police report is required regardless of liability or fault. You shall specify in your detailed written complaint to the police the actual facts only. You shall ensure that such complaint shall not contain any discrepancy, inconsistencies or distortions from actual facts as the same would be detrimental to a valid insurance or other claim by . Any loss occasioned to Myles due to an inconsistent or distorted complaint by you shall be borne by you.

    Notify our subscription partner Orix within 48 hours of the accident at subscription.support@orixindia.com / 9877333444 
    
    For Black Plate Subscription (Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Pune & Hyderabad): 
    Notify our subscription partner within 24 hours of the accident. If subscription partner is Myles, then call at at 88-8222-2222 or write at help@mylescars.com. If subscription partner is Orix, the call at 9877333444 or write at subscription.support@orixindia.com.
    
  • What happens in case the car gets stolen?

    You shall immediately notify Maruti Subscribe via email on the ID shared in the subscription agreement. Please share the specifics of the theft with details, and lodge a complaint/First Information Report with the nearest police station. Your liability in case of theft would be the difference between the Book Value and the insurance settlement amount, or the entire Book Value due to negligence.
  • What condition do I need to return the car in?

    Normal wear and tear is acceptable. Any damage due to misuse and negligent driving will be chargeable. 

What not to do

  • Are there any restrictions to where I can travel?

    You can drive within Indian geographical limits.
  • Can I use the car for rideshare services?

    No, the vehicle cannot be used for any commercial purposes.
  • Can I carry my pet in the car?

    No, you are not allowed to ferry pets or any type of animals in the car.
  • Are there any restrictions on the number of passengers?

    We suggest you comply with the manufacturer prescribed seating capacity of the car.
  • Can I make modifications or alterations to the car?

    No, you cannot make any modifications or alterations to the car provided to you. However, you can fix detachable accessories which can be easily removed, as long as the warranty of the car doesn’t get affected.
  • Will I be getting replacement car?

    Replacement car is an optional service and can be availed at extra cost. Subscription partner shall facilitate this service.
