| New Delhi: December 1, 2007: Car market leader Maruti Suzuki India Limited achieved its highest ever domestic sales of 65,216 vehicles, in November 2007. The company's previous highest monthly domestic sales were 64,556 vehicles achieved in March 2007. The company had sold 52,574 vehicles in the domestic market in November 2006. In all, Maruti Suzuki Limited sold 69,699 vehicles in November 2007. This includes 4,483 units of exports. Alto also highest ever During the month, India's largest selling car, Alto also recorded its highest ever domestic sales of 22,784 vehicles. The previous high for the Alto was 22,294 units in October 2006. Maruti's volume in the domestic A2 segment went up by 28.6 per cent and in A3 segment grew by 104.5 per cent during the month compared to sales in November 2006.
