Maruti Suzuki India Limited has been a pioneer in the automotive industry and being an industry leader in the passenger car segment it has given utmost priority to developing capabilities of its people across the value chain. To meet this objective, Maruti Suzuki Training Academy (MSTA) was established in the year 2012. MSTA ensures holistic development of its employees, dealers, vendors and all its partners by focusing on behavioral, technical and functional skills.

Skill Development Initiatives with The Government of India

Registered as a Vocational Training Provider under the Skill Development Initiative (SDI) with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (The Govt. of India), MSTA ensures that under this scheme trainees are skilled in technical requirements across production, supply chain and dealership. MSTA has also been authorized by Directorate General of Training (DGT) to run courses in Automotive Repair under CTS -Craftsmen Training Scheme (Two year course).

Leveraging Technology

Training that scales with technology

We use technology to scale training across locations, without losing rigour. Virtual classrooms enable remote learning, finishing schools build hands-on readiness through simulation, and self-learning via our LMS lets employees learn at their own pace.
