Full Name, Apprenticeship ID, Father's name, Gender, DoB, Marital status, Blood group, Religion, Category, Domicile State, District, Aadhaar No., PAN No., Mother Tongue, Identification Mark, Email ID, Mobile Number (Alternate and Personal), Address (Present and Permanent), State, District, PIN code, Education Qualification Details (10th, 12th, and graduation qualifications, including institute name, course duration, percentage/marks, and qualification level), ITI Details (Name , Location, ITI type, trade, semester details, total marks, result, percentage, and course duration), Previous employment and Work Experience Details, Family Members (Father/Mother/Brothers/Sisters) Details (Names, Age, Occupation, and Annual Income), Photograph, Computer knowledge, Physical Disability Status, Four-wheeler Driving Knowledge, Major Injuries or Illnesses, Epilepsy History, and MSIL Employee known	1.
