"Maruti Web Sites") of Maruti Suzuki India Limited (hereinafter referred
to as "Maruti"). Usage of any Maruti Web Site indicates unconditional acceptance
of these terms.
CHILDREN Children below 18 years of age are not permitted
to use the Maruti Web Sites without the permission of their parents/guardians.
If you are a child, please get your parent/guardian to read and accept these
terms of use before you use the Maruti Web Sites. Also, do not give your
or their name, address, phone number or email address without their permission.
FOR WHOM Maruti Web Sites are primarily for the use of
citizens of India residing in India. No offer of any kind is made to any
others. Maruti is not liable for any use whatsoever made by any others,
of any information on Maruti Web Sites, including but not restricted to,
specifications or prices of any of Maruti's products or services.
GENERAL This agreement is governed by the laws in INDIA.
By using the site, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and
venue of courts in New Delhi, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating
to the use of the Maruti Web Sites. Use of the Maruti Web Sites is unauthorized
in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these
terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship
exists between you and Maruti as a result of this agreement or use of the
Maruti Web Sites.
Maruti performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal
process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Maruti's
right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or
requirements relating to your use of the Maruti Web Sites or information
provided to or gathered by Maruti with respect to such use.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable
pursuant to applicable law (including, but not limited to, the warranty
disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein), then the invalid
or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable
provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision,
and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise
specified, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user
and Maruti with respect to the Maruti Web Sites and it supersedes all prior
or contemporaneous proposals and communications, whether electronic, oral
or written, between the user and Maruti with respect to the Maruti Web Sites.

Neither these materials nor any portion thereof may be stored in a computer
except for personal and non-commercial use. Maruti will not be held liable
for any delays, errors or omissions therefrom, or in the transmission or
delivery of all or any part thereof, or for any damages arising from any
of the foregoing.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE You warrant to Maruti that
you will not use the Maruti Web Sites for any purpose that is illegal or
prohibited by these terms of use. You may not use the Maruti Web Sites in
any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Maruti
Web Sites or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Maruti

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES Maruti Web Sites may contain links to other Web Sites ("Linked Sites"). Linked Sites are not under Maruti's control and Maruti will not be responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including the maps in our website from Google or including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT INFORMATION By using the login service,
you authorize Maruti to access third party sites designated by you or on
your behalf, and to retrieve information requested by you, and you appoint
Maruti as your agent for this limited purpose. Each time you enter your
account login information, you are permitting Maruti to process your request
and use information submitted by you to accomplish the foregoing.
You will choose a password when registering. You are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your password and account. You are fully responsible
for all activities that occur using your password or account. Please notify
Maruti immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or
any other breach of security. Maruti will not be liable for any loss that

Maruti will not be responsible for the execution of any third party offers
or the value, performance or effects of any goods and services offered.
Any claims will have to be referred to such third parties at the contact

USE OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES The Maruti Web Sites may

communication facilities for you to communicate with the general public
or with a group (collectively, "Communication Services"). You agree to use
the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material
that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service.

right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services
at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. Maruti has the right
at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable
law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse
to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part,
at Maruti's sole discretion. Maruti does not control or endorse the content,
messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore,
Maruti disclaims any liability with regard to any actions resulting from

"Submissions"). However, by providing your Submission you are granting Maruti

web sites for any purpose. All such information, software, products, services
and related graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Maruti and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and
conditions with regard to this information, software, products, services
and related graphics, including all implied warranties and conditions of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
In no event shall Maruti and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct,
indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages
whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data
or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance
of the Maruti web sites, with the delay or inability to use the Maruti web
sites or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services,

Sites and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without
notice.
ELIGIBILITY; AUTHORIZED USE You warrant that you are at
least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this
agreement and to use Maruti services offered on this site (collectively,
the "Services") in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.
If you are buying or selling goods using the Services, you further warrant
that you have legal authority to enter into other binding agreements for
the sale or purchase of goods. You agree to be financially responsible for
all of your use of the Services (as well as for use of your account by others,
including without limitation minors living with you). You agree to supervise
and be responsible for all usage of minors of the Services under your name
or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members
of your household in using the Services, including without limitation your
name, email address, street address, telephone number, credit card number,
and if you are selling goods, all information about your listed goods, is

FEES, PAYMENT Maruti reserves the right to charge listing
fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain
completed transactions using the services in the Maruti Web Sites. Maruti
further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time,
without notice. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees
and taxes arising out of the use of these services.
