How to Apply |

All Maruti Suzuki car owners are eligible to enroll as a member of the Maruti Suzuki Auto Card Rewards Programme. You can easily become a member by following these simple steps :
Step 1 : Fill up the Maruti Suzuki AutoCard Application form:
Name of the applicant
Date of Birth
Address
Contact details
Vehicle chassis Number
Vehicle Registration number
Step 2 : Submit the following document along with with the Application Form
Copy of Driving License
Copy of vehicle's Insurance Cover Note
Copy of vehicle's Registration Certificate
Copy of Ration Card / Voter ID Card / LPG Connection for residence address proof
Salary Slips / Bank account statements for the last 3 months for income proof
On receiving the Application Form & the set of required documents , Citibank will send the card directly to the member.
