Any sale to Government Departments. can be done, only if the model is available on DGS&D rate contract. Dte. General of Supplies & Disposals (DGS&D) functions under the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India. It is the sole agency for rate contract operation with various suppliers all over India and items listed in rate contract include electrical, hardware, electronics, engineering, chemicals, clothes, automobiles, cement, general items. Any central Government Departments can place order with the firm on a prescribed form DGS&D Form-131 and payment is made by Chief Controller of Accounts after the supply. State Government Departments./ PSUs also buy items when available on DGS&D rate contract only and Maruti supply to them against 100% advance payment only at DGS&D rates. |

Choose DGS&D includes the model in rate contract after approval by their QA wing and negotiates with MSIL on discount on Basic price and Lower Dealer Commission for rate contract conclusion. |
